Contexte

In the aeronautical industry, proactively identifying production risks is vital to maintaining the high output rates of the A320 program. A single missing part or machine breakdown can trigger a disastrous "ripple effect" on the final assembly line (FAL). The challenge lies in the early detection of bottlenecks to ensure total operational fluidity.

Solution

We deployed a Machine Learning model capable of detecting critical risks in real time, such as non-conformities or supply chain disruptions. By analyzing weak signals, the solution anticipates schedule slippage and prescribes corrective measures immediately before an incident can paralyze the line.

Bénéfices

  • ‍Strengthening operational reliability by reducing unplanned downtime‍
  • Resource optimization and reducing corrective maintenance costs‍
  • Securing profitability and meeting program on-time delivery (OTD) targets
Houcem
Responsable Technique

"The major challenge was modeling the systemic propagation of delays across such a complex assembly line. We overcame this by correlating disparate data sources to identify bottleneck triggers. This increased visibility now allows us to take action before disruptions impact delivery."
